Delivery and Assembly
As soon as an article is ordered via the portal www.casamoebel.ch, it does not take long and you, dear customer, will receive your dream article in just a few days through our in-house logistics. Our delivery service takes between 5-20 working days from order, depending on the item and availability. All products listed in our webstore are delivered free of charge within Switzerland, regardless of size, cost and volume.
If the customer is absent and wishes despite absence, that the ordered items should be delivered or deposited, then this is done at your own risk. In case of loss or damage of unsigned consignment/shipment, the customer will not be able to make any claims of any kind against the supplier or the company. Revocation of a drop-off authorization must be made in writing within 24 hours.
If the myMontage option is booked and the order is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the full cost will be charged. The customer is obliged to check the completeness, correctness and integrity of the delivered items before assembling or disposing of a product, otherwise the service will be charged in full.

Express deliveries will incur additional charges, which must be clarified and agreed upon with Casa Möbel in advance.
Delivery & Assembly Option
This option must be specifically selected when ordering. To order a subsequent myMontage option is possible at the following e-mail address; [email protected]. This option provides that all assembly work is taken into account, except for drilling on the walls or floor. We cannot drill holes in the walls or on the floor for safety reasons.
Volume dependent articles
The delivery of small articles is carried out exclusively by our in-house logistics. It is possible that some items will be delivered by one of our shipping partners. Therefore, please make sure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to accept the delivery. For volume-dependent items, you will be contacted in advance by our delivery service to arrange a delivery date. Our products are very valuable to us, so we ask you to provide us with all the information that is important for the delivery of your dream items, so that we can ensure a competent delivery service.
We also offer to deliver your dream item from Casa Möbel to your home (main entrance door of house/high rise). The packaging will be disposed of by us if desired. For delivery from the 1st floor, this is done only if there is a lift in which the delivery fits. Please also make sure that the items you have ordered will fit through the stairwell to the 1st floor.
Delivery on weekends and holidays
Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. If you wish, we can also deliver your dream item on Saturday. In this case, however, we ask you to arrange the desired date with our delivery service. During company vacations and on public holidays our delivery service is not available.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered/collected goods immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Defects in the delivered/collected goods must be reported within 24h to Casa Möbel ([email protected]). In case of complaints, all parts of the original packaging must be kept. These may only be disposed of after written consent from the supplier or the dealer. The customer has only the right to repair or replacement (replacement delivery) or compensation for loss of value. The decision on repair, replacement or compensation lies exclusively with the supplier (Casa Möbel). According to our instructions in the shipping conditions, the end user should check the condition of the packaging, as well as the delivered products: all damages must be certified by the supplier on the delivery bill.
In most cases the order will be delivered by our own logistics. In this case the customer will be contacted by our delivery service for a delivery date. For shipments that are notified, the recipient is obliged to be present on the agreed date. In case of absence of the recipient, the customer will bear the costs of re-delivery or re-delivery.
b) As a possible alternative, the customer can have the item delivered to a neighbor or deposited in front of the entrance without signature. This delivery option is without guarantee and not recommended. For this purpose, a written deposit authorization is required. This can be requested by the customer 48h before delivery by e-mail.
c) If the order was delivered, in this case the Customer together with the delivery representative of Casa Möbel is obliged to check the packaging for damage and irregularities and to carefully document all damages. If the driver does not agree with this, we recommend refusing to accept the shipment and ask the Buyer to immediately report this to us at [email protected].
d) If the customer decides to accept the goods despite any damage, in this case the customer is asked to document the damage and report it within 24h to [email protected]. Transport damages, which were not recorded by the forwarding agency at the time of acceptance of the goods, will not be paid. Any claims by the buyer in this regard will be rejected.
e) All manufacturing damages must be reported to us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
