Leon Makedon GmbH represented by (casamoebel.ch) shall be responsible for all business relations between the buyer and Leon Makedon GmbH (casamoebel.ch) in connection with the use of the online store (casamoebel.ch) and orders for products and services via the online platform. They form a consolidating and supplementary component for all orders which are initiated and confirmed via the online store.
General validity of our services, offers and prices
All prices include VAT and shipping costs in CHF. The published prices & articles apply exclusively to Switzerland.
The products and services offered are presented as realistically as possible in the webshop. Certain deviations in color, dimensions, design, structure, processing and details are reserved. In addition, are further reserved incorrect information due to technical defects in our webshop or incorrect information from the manufacturer.
- The prices are shown exclusively in CHF and exactly including VAT.
- The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order are valid.
- A reminder fee will be charged for reminders.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed through our webshop casamoebel.ch. The voucher is not applicable to offered services or service options. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order, unless otherwise stipulated. The remaining value of unredeemed vouchers will be lost after 356 days. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers. Cash payment is not possible. Our voucher cannot be offset against a previous order. The validity of the voucher is 12 months from the date of issue.
Purchase option (myInvoice)
- When purchasing the purchase option (myInvoice), the amount invoiced must be paid within 14 days (10 working days) from the date of order. The purchase option (myInvoice) requires a credit check and does not exist on all published articles. If you do not meet your payment obligation, you will be asked to pay the outstanding amount immediately, otherwise we reserve the right to hold the order until further notice. If you still refuse to pay your order, you will be included in our reminder process. We would like to reiterate that all orders will be delivered only after 100% of the outstanding amount has been paid, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment in installments
Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, on account or by installment, whereby the buyer determines the method of payment. The risk of default in the latter two cases is excluded by the involvement of CembraPay AG as a factoring company. For the collection of the total purchase price, Casa Möbel (Leon Makedon GmbH) shall have all claims against the Buyer assigned to it by the Seller. The collection from the Buyer shall be effected in the first two cases mentioned above via Casa Möbel and in the last two cases mentioned above via CembraPay AG, whereby in the latter case the receivables shall be assigned to CembraPay AG for this purpose. The deadline and the conditions (namely also the cancellation costs and reminder fees in the case of late payment) for the payment of the invoice or the partial payments result from the information in the order process. The following GTC of CembraPay AG are expressly accepted by the Seller and the Buyer.
The "CembraPay Invoice with Installment Payment Option" and "CembraPay General Terms and Conditions for Installment Payments" are expressly accepted by the Customer.
Purchase Option (myCredit Card Payment)
- Credit card payments are processed in cooperation with SIX Payment Services and Casa Möbel myHome.
As soon as an article is ordered via the portal www.casamoebel.ch, it does not take long and you, dear customer, will receive your dream article in just a few days through our in-house logistics. Our delivery service is between 5-30 working days from order, depending on the item and availability. All products listed in our webstore will be delivered free of charge within Switzerland to the curb, regardless of size, cost and volume, at most to where the delivery truck can drive to.
If the customer is absent and wishes despite absence that the ordered articles are to be delivered or deposited, then this takes place on own danger. In case of loss or damage of unsigned consignment/shipment, the customer will not be able to make any claims of any kind against the supplier or the company. Revocation of a drop-off authorization must be made in writing within 24 hours.
If the myMontage option is booked and the order is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the full cost will be charged. The customer is obliged to check the completeness, correctness and integrity of the delivered items before assembling or disposing of a product, otherwise the service will be charged in full.

- myAssembly option
This option must be specifically selected when ordering. To order a subsequent myMontage option is possible at the following e-mail address; [email protected]. This option provides that all assembly work is taken into account, except for drilling on the walls or on the floor. We cannot drill holes in the walls or on the floor for technical safety reasons.
Volume dependent articles
The delivery of small articles is carried out exclusively by our in-house logistics. It may happen that some articles are delivered by one of our shipping partners. Therefore, please make sure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to accept the delivery. For volume-dependent items, you will be contacted in advance by our delivery service to arrange a delivery date. Our products are very valuable to us, so we ask you to provide us with all the information that is important for the delivery of your dream items, so that we can ensure a competent delivery service.
We also offer to deliver your dream article from Casa Möbel (myHome) to your home (main entrance door house/high rise). The packaging will be disposed of by us upon request. For delivery from the 1st floor, this is only done if there is a lift in which the delivery fits. Please also make sure that the items you have ordered will fit through the stairwell to the 1st floor.
Delivery on weekends and holidays
Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. If you wish, we can also deliver your dream item on Saturday. In this case, however, we ask you to arrange the desired date with our delivery service. During company vacations and on public holidays our delivery service is not available.
The customer undertakes to immediately check the delivered/collected goods for correctness, completeness and integrity. Defects in the delivered/collected goods must be reported in writing within 24h to Casa Möbel (myHome) ([email protected]). In case of complaints, all parts of the original packaging must be kept. These may only be disposed of after written consent from the supplier or the dealer. The customer has only the right to repair or replacement (replacement delivery) or compensation in the event of a reduction in value. The decision on repair, replacement or compensation lies exclusively with the supplier Casa Möbel (myHome). According to our instructions in the shipping conditions, the end user should check the condition of the packaging, as well as the delivered products: all damages must be certified by the supplier on the delivery bill.
- In most cases the order will be delivered by our own logistics, in this case the customer will be contacted by our delivery service for a delivery date. For shipments that are notified, the recipient is obliged to be present on the agreed date. In case of absence of the recipient, the customer will bear the costs of re-delivery or re-delivery.
- b) As a possible alternative, the customer can have the item delivered to a neighbor or deposited in front of the entrance without signature. This delivery option is without guarantee and not recommended. For this purpose, a written deposit authorization is required. This can be requested by the customer 48h before delivery by e-mail at [email protected].
- c) If the order was delivered, in this case the Customer together with the delivery representative of Casa Möbel (myHome) is obliged to check the packaging for damage and irregularities and to carefully document all damages. If the driver does not agree with this, we recommend refusing to accept the shipment and ask the buyer to immediately report this to us at [email protected].
- d) If the customer decides to accept the goods despite damage, in this case the customer is asked to document the damage and report it within 24 hours. Transport damages, which were not logged by the forwarding agency at the time of acceptance of the goods, will not be paid. Any claims of the buyer in this regard will be rejected.
- e) All manufacturing damages must be reported to us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.

Money back guarantee?
- Customer will get his money credited to his Casa Möbel (myHome) account within 10 working days after receipt of goods.
Excluded from the refund
- Paid services such as assembly, express delivery, delivery extra charges and all options.

Excluded from the right of return
- Articles from the hygiene area (bed linen, pillows, blankets, toppers, terry cloth, covers, mattresses, etc.) we accept only with unopened original packaging.
- Items that have already been unpacked and no longer qualify as new and unopened.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the customer. Business customers also have a 14-day right of return, but must pay all transportation costs themselves.

As far as the legal right of withdrawal applies to orders of goods in our internet store, we replace this with a right of return according to legal requirements. This does not grant any rights that go beyond the legal requirements.
Consequences of return
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived shall be surrendered. In the event of deterioration of the item and for benefits (e.g. benefits of use) that cannot be returned or can only be returned in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us to this extent. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived if the benefits or the deterioration are due to handling of the item that goes beyond the testing of the properties and functionality. By "testing the properties and functionality" we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, such as is possible and customary in a retail store. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the request for return, for us with the receipt.
If a customer decides to cancel a validly confirmed order, Leon Makedon GmbH represented by Casa Möbel (myHome)-casamoebel.ch reserves the right to charge a flat fee in the amount of 499.
This fee comes into effect if an order is cancelled without a written justification within 24h after receipt of the order confirmation, despite an order confirmation before delivery.
Warranty general products
Generally we give 24 months warranty on our products. The warranty liability starts on the day of delivery. If any defects are found during the warranty period, the customer is obliged to report them immediately. Upon receipt of the goods, however, no later than within 48 hours by e-mail to [email protected].
Claims outside the warranty period
- All articles offered/published by Casa Möbel (myHome) in the webshop are intended for non-commercial use. Complaints regarding items used for commercial purposes may be denied by the manufacturer if the defects are caused by intensive use.
- Due to electronic reproduction, there may be slight shifts in color tones. Casa Möbel (myHome) always tries to represent the products and services on the website as realistically as possible. The dimensions of certain items may also differ slightly from those on our website. The error range can be 0- 5 cm.
- All damage caused by natural wear and tear, aging, failure to follow the operating / assembly instructions and improper handling of the product, as well as minor damage, are excluded from the warranty. Minor damage is considered to be defects that are not obviously visible to the naked eye and in diffuse light conditions from a distance of 3 meters perpendicular to the point of damage.
- In the case of minor damage, claims against the supplier are invalid. The warranty is void if the goods have been processed or obviously changed despite recognizable defects. In warranty cases, it is up to the seller to decide whether the damaged or defective part will be replaced free of charge or whether a partial refund / price reduction will be granted. In such a case, both parties undertake to find a reasonable solution that does not cause excessive costs/efforts.
- Casa Möbel (myHome) is not liable for any damage caused by errors/actions of third parties, as well as for unjustified refusal to accept the goods. In such situation, the costs associated with the return and reshipment of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. All additional logistics services, apart from special arrangements (assembly, etc.) are excluded from reimbursement.
Warranty services for the purchase of high quality mattresses.
Our high quality mattresses are provided with 24 months warranty service. The Casa Möbel (myHome) warranty covers all damages, which are due to faulty workmanship or a material defect.
The warranty service applies to the following defects
- Materials such as springs, foam core, latex core, which were processed in the offered mattresses.
Items such as pillows, toppers, mattress covers are excluded from warranty coverage. Furthermore, there is no warranty claim (after delivery) for mold, zippers and handles and loops on bed covers, cuts, scratches, dirt, cracks, notches, which were added by the customer or third parties. No warranty claims for damage caused by incorrect assembly, handling or care, as well as no warranty claims for incidental or consequential damages. A warranty claim is excluded if work has been carried out on the article by unauthorized persons or if parts of foreign origin have been processed on the article.
The warranty service is only valid for private use as well as for use in the house. The warranty service is only valid under the condition that the mattress has been lying on a functional and suitable slatted frame from the beginning. The customer must send the mattress back to our warehouse at his own expense for inspection by our experts. Casa Möbel (myHome) will decide at its own discretion whether we will replace the mattress. If the product is no longer available, Casa Möbel (myHome) is obliged to provide a replacement of equal value.
The option (my365) offers you an additional warranty extension of 12 months. This warranty option is subject to the same conditions as the standard warranty. The cost of this option is displayed individually and accurately on the website depending on the product. It may happen that some products cannot be additionally equipped with the my365 option.
